Preorder Policy

Thank you for supporting Oil & Wick. Each item is thoughtfully made in small batches with care and intention.

Processing Time
All preorder items are made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before your order is shipped. This allows time for production, curing (for candles), and quality checks.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Shipping times may vary based on your location.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because preorder items are made specifically for you, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed.

Multiple Items
If your order includes both preorder and ready-to-ship items, your full order may ship together once all items are ready.

Delays
While we do our best to meet all timelines, slight delays may occur due to high demand or supply availability. If there are any significant delays, you will be notified.
