Refund policy
At Oil & Wick, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted products. Due to the nature of our items, we have the following return policy:
All Sales Are Final
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products, including body care items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will gladly:
- Replace the item
- Or issue a refund/store credit if a replacement is not available
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened products
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Preorder items (unless damaged or incorrect)
Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
